pearon에 7월중순 200불 결제 후 ATT위해 기다리고있습니다.

기다리다가 ATT가 안와서 pearson online chat에 문의하였는데, 졸업학교, 연도 물어보더니

Thank you for sharing the information. I am sorry your State Board of Nursing has still not sent us electronic approval to send you your ATT. Pearson VUE cannot send the ATT until this has been done. We recommend that you contact your New York State Board of Nursing at: 518.474.3817, Ext. 120; Fax Number: 518.474.3706 and provide the Registration ID: 302864563 to understand when they wish to approve your registration within the Pearson VUE system. Once you have registered with Pearson VUE, it takes an average of 2-4 weeks for us to receive electronic confirmation of your eligibility from your State Board of Nursing. Once we have received this approval, we will send out your ATT via email within 48 hours.

제가 뉴욕보드에 전화를 해서 push를 해야하는건지 서류상 뭐가 잘못된건지 확실히 모르겠습니다.
