메일을 오늘에서야확인했는데

[ CGFNS International Alert for Order #2285557 - Order Expired/Closed ]란 제목으로 메일이 왔었어요..2월 17일에요 ㅠㅠ

이렇게 2월 17일날 메일이왔었어요..

제가 메일을 늦게봤고 엄마가 어제가셔서 서류마무리하셔서 fedex로 CGFNS로 발송하셨구요.

오늘도착한다고 하셨다던데..

메일읽고 CGFNS에 들어가서 order status확인해봤는데 expired로 되어있더라구요 ㅠㅠ 

이미 expire됬다거 메일온거면 제가  CGFNS 전화해도 방법이 없는건가요..ㅠㅠ?
