We are pleased to inform you that we have received your application, authorization forms and payment for the Credential Verification Service for New York State. Please be sure that you have also submitted an application for licensure to the New York State Education Department.

We have sent the respective information requests to your schools and licensing authorities for which we have been given 180 days to collect. When we receive those validations from the respective authorities, we will verify the authenticity of those documents and send a report to the New York State Education Department. We will notify you when the report has been issued. The New York State Education Department will then perform the necessary evaluation with regards to New York's licensure requirements and contact you with more information about your eligibility.

If you have not already done so, we encourage you to create an online account with us, which will allow you to check your status at your convenience and view pertinent information relevant to your order. You can sign up for your own online account by going to https://www.cgfns.org/cerpassweb/login.jsp. Please be sure to safeguard your username and password.
