서류를 7월초에 준비하고 11월이 되어서야 CGFNS에서 학교와 협회에  제서류를보내 1월초에 학교와 협회에서 다시 CGFNS에 서류를 보냈습니다,, 그런데 아직까지 제 order status가 waiting for received 여서

메일을 보냈더니,, 아래와같이 답장이왔어요,, 도대체 무슨말인건가요,,ㅠㅜ 빨리준비해야되는데

너무답답하고 조급해요,, ㅠㅠ

학교와 협회에 보낸 서류가 안왔다는 말인것같긴한데,, 만약 학교와 협회에서 모두 서류를 보낸걸 제가 다확인햇는데 이쪽에서 못받은거라면 어떻게 해야하는건가요,,, ㅠㅜ

Our records indicate your CVS-NY status is incomplete for transcripts and license validation and we already sent letters to your issuing authorities. We sent you an email on November 21, 2014 asking you to allow up to 180 days for us to collect your documents from the issuing authorities.

Unfortunately, you are not supposed to contact the issuing authorities to ask them if they received documents or ask the CVS-NY Department to send letters out again reference to the CVS-NY order.

Please be advised that there is certain information that I am prohibited from sharing with you regarding your application status for the New York Credential Verification Service. The New York State Education Department prohibits applicants from being involved in the process and has mandated that CGFNS International not disclose certain information to you. I can only share information as it relates to your application and the authorization forms that you submitted.
