18년도에 서류가 미비된 상태여서

작년에 문의 넣고 잊었더니 이런 답변이 와있었네요..

서류 접수한디도 너무 오래되서 과정을 다 잊었는데

혹시 제가 지금 해야할게 뭔지 봐주실 수 있나요?

We will need the following documents in order to move forward with your application process:

- A candidate whose application has been on file for 5 years or longer must update the application. Please fill out the Nurse Form 1 (nysed.gov)completely (no fee required), have notarized and submit. How-to submit instructions below.

You have two options to submit this: either a completed and scanned copy with your application ID using the blue box below, OR if you do not have an Application ID, you may submit a completed and scanned copy by email to opunit4@nysed.gov

On your NYS Form 1 Application for licensure, you listed having attended a nursing educational program located outside of the United States or its territories:

You have two options for having your foreign nursing education credentials verified to the NYSED:

Option 1: You must arrange to have the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools (CGFNS)* verify your nursing education credentials to the NYSED using CGFNS’ Credential Verification Service for New York State*. If you were also licensed as a nurse in a foreign country, you must arrange for NYSED to receive verification of your nursing license from the licensing authority that issued it.
*CGFNS is a non-profit company that helps foreign educated individuals who want to work in the U.S. as nurses. If you use CGFNS’ Credential Verification Service for New York State, CGFNS will collect and review your foreign nursing credentials. Then CGFNS will send a report to the NYSED regarding your credentials. After the NYSED reviews the report and your RN license application, it will inform you in writing whether your nursing education meets criteria for licensure as a RN in New York State. You may sign up for CGFNS’s Credential Verification Service for New York State online on at: www.cgfns.org or by calling 1-215-349-8767.

Option 2: You must arrange to have your credentials verified by your foreign nursing program using the Certification of Foreign Nursing Education (Form 2F) . Your school will certify your education on the Form 2F and send it along with your official transcript and any other required documentation to our office directly. The Form 2F must be mailed by envelope directly to the address printed on the form by your nursing program only. This form & transcripts may not be submitted to our office by the applicant. If your transcript is in a language other than English, you must arrange to have it translated by a translation service acceptable by the New York State Education Department. For information on what constitutes a qualified English translation, see our website Under the Qualified Translations section.

****In addition to the information above^: If you were licensed as a nurse in a foreign country, you mustarrange for the NYSED to receive verification of your nursing license from the licensing authority that issued it using the Verification of Foreign Professional Licensure/Certification Nurse Form 3F (nysed.gov) . This must be mailed by envelope directly to the address printed on the form by the official licensing authority only.

Please submit proof of completion of:

· Child Abuse Training from a NYS-Approved training provider. Visit: NYS Professions - Child Abuse Identification & Reporting Providers (nysed.gov)

o This course may be taken through an online provider. See “Out of State”and “Distance Providers” categories.

· Infection Control Training from a NYS-Approved training provider. Visit: NYS Professions - Infection Control Training Providers (nysed.gov)

o This course may be taken through an online provider. See “Out of State”and “Distance Providers” categories.

***We are no longer able to accept Infection Control and Child Abuse trainings if they were from Access Continuing Education and were completed after 12/15/2023.

Please read the entire message before responding.

This is an automatic message going out to all requests that have not been responded to due to high volume of documents and processing that have been prioritized for the past few months.

If you have already received an ATT and or license, you do not need to respond.

If you need a new ATT and have not paid the testing fee again with Pearson Vue, please do so. Then you will receive a new ATT email directly from Pearson Vue. If it has been more than 2 weeks since you paid, please respond.

For exam applicants- If you are waiting on your education to be approved and have not received an email stating you have been approved- we apologize for the delay. Those with foreign education will receive an email from COMPED@nysed.gov once your approved. Those with US education and its been more than 8-10 weeks since your education was submitted, if you have not received your NCLEX approval email yet- please respond to this message. If you have received the NCLEX approval email and registered with Pearson Vue but have not received your ATT yet- please respond to this message.

For endorsement applicants- if you have not been licensed yet and its been more than 8-10 weeks since all documents have been received, please respond to this message.

Cgfns ID:6858431 hello. I applied for the New York nurse exam through cgfns in 2018. At that time, the email I received from CHFNS said that the documents had been transferred to the New York Board while the school documents were incomplete. (Photo attached) After that, I was unable to prepare for the exam due to raising a child, but recently I decided to try again. I'm curious what additional documents I need to submit to register for the test.
