안녕하세요? 카톡으로 문의드렸었는데 말씀해주신데로 NYSED에 문의했더니 아래와 같이 답변이 왔습니다.

4월에 다 보냈던 서류같은데... 어떻게 해야 되는지 확인 좀 부탁드리겠습니다.  감사합니다

Your application for licensure in Registered Professional Nursing has been forwarded to the Bureau of Comparative Education for a review of your education.  The Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools (CGFNS) was unable to complete the verification of your education credentials.  In order for our office to proceed with the review of your education we require the following information:

·         Form 2F (form attached)-Certification of Foreign Nursing Education and an official transcript sent directly from your school of nursing (Chung-Ang University) to this office.  An official transcript is issued by the school showing courses and grades and bears original signature and seals.

While CGFNS received documentation of your educational credentials, the school failed to provide academic transcript.  Section II of the form must be completed by the school (not the applicant or a third party) and the school must sign, date, and stamp/seal Section II.  Both Form 2F and the transcript must be submitted directly by the nursing school in an official school sealed envelope.  The Office of the Professions will NOT accept this form and/or the transcript if submitted by the applicant or any other party.

Request the school send Form 2F and the official transcript via mail directly to New York State Education Department, Office of the Professions, Division of Professional Education, Bureau of Comparative Education, 89 Washington Avenue, Education Building, 2^nd Floor, West Wing, Albany, NY 12234-1000. 

·         Form 3F (form attached)-Verification of Foreign Professional Licensure/Certification (validation of your nursing registration/license) sent in an institution sealed envelope directly from the registration authority (Korean Nurses Association/Ministry of Health and Welfare) to this office.

While CGFNS forwarded your educational credentials to the Office of the Professions, there was no documentation from the licensing authority in the file that we received. The Form 3F must be submitted directly by registration/licensing authority in an official institution sealed envelope.  The Office of the Professions will NOT accept this form if submitted by the applicant or any other party.

Request the registration/licensing authority send Form 3F via mail directly to New York State Education Department, Office of the Professions, Division of Professional Education, Bureau of Comparative Education, 89 Washington Avenue, Education Building, 2^nd Floor, West Wing, Albany, NY 12234-1000. 

When the Office of the Professions receives the additional information, this office will continue its review of the education portion of your application.  If you need clarification regarding what is being requested, you may contact this office at comped@nysed.gov, using my name, your profession, and your name in the subject line.
