ATTpush 홈페이지로 했는데 아래 와같은 메일이 2일안에 도착했어요

답답한 마음에 한번 글올려 봅니다

Your file is currently located with our Comparative Education Department being reviewed. This review will take several weeks. Once your education is approved, that is when we can make you eligible for the exam and an eligibility letter will be sent at that time. You are welcome to contact the comparative education department via email at comped@nysed.gov. If you are already licensed in another state, this education review still needs to be done, but you will not need to take your exam.  Always use the Contact Us Form, and choose the option that says “Check status of a Licensure Application”, anytime you need to ask for a status update as we need the important information given on the form to complete your request.

This review will take several weeks. --->혹시 어느 정도 걸리는지 아시나요?

한 2-3주 있다가도 연락이 없음  제가 다시 comped@nysed.gov. 메일로 연락을 해봐야 하나요?
