대학교에 서명한 서류를 전달하고

received but not accepted 란 결과를 통보받았고 디테일을 열어보니

Received But Not Accepted - A required document was received and identified as an incomplete requirement or unable to authenticated. Often, documents are received but not accepted during a routine check where CGFNS will contact the appropriate authority or school to authenticate your document to protect the integrity of the process. Once the document is authenticated it will be eligible to be reviewed. NOTE: The notebook symbol in the "Notes" column shown next to the Requirement Status identifies why the document was received and not accepted and there may be an e-mail or letter viewable on the "Correspondence (Emails / Letter)" screen which provides further details as to why your document was not accepted at this time.

라고 적혀있었어요 저기서 말하는note 나 email/letter

버튼눌러보면 아무것도 없구요..ㅜㅜ 

검토가 왜안되는지 전 어떻게 해야할지 모르겠어서요
