뉴욕보드에서 시험봐도 된다는 확인받았고 att만 남겨둔 상태에서

서류가 5년이 지나서 여기서 말씀하신대로 서류 준비해서 업데이트 요청했어요

업데이트에는 따로 돈이 필요하지 않은것으로 알고 있는데

밑에 답변 내용보면 돈을 내라는 거 맞죠?ㅠㅠ 

어떻게 해야할까요...ㅠㅠ

I have located a form 1 application in our systems that we have received on 8/26/2020. I would advise submitting the online form 1 application, vs: mailing in another paper form 1 application with a fee. We will be able to receive the electronic online form 1 and fee much more quickly, than the paper/mailed form 1 and fee.
