서울에서 시험칠 때 찍힌 사진과 함께 has passed라고 적혀 있는 종이 한장과 함께 다른 한장에 이런 글이 적혀 있는데.. 무슨 말인지 모르겠어요?

 

Important Notice Regarding Your Examination Results

 

If you currently hold a limited permit to practice or are practicing under the exemption for graduates of New York State licensure qualify nursing programs pending receipt of a limited permit, you must immediately notify your employer of your examination results. Practice under a limited permit or exemption is only allowed for ten days after the date of the notice of failure on the professional licensing examination.

 

You may use any of the following methods to apply to retake the NCLEX examination.

 

그리고 두꺼운 마분지 같은 곳에 에이포 용지 비슷한 크기에 책자랑(안에 보니깐 문제들이 있었음)  노르스름한 마분지 같은 종이(이게 면허증 같음)와 절취선이 있는 종이 한장이 있는데 거기 적인 license number 와 면허증 같은 곳에 번호가 틀림.. 앞에는 다 똑같고요 끝에 -1(다시 1)이 붙는데 면허증에는 그 -1이 없어요

틀리면 다시 연락하라는 말인거 같았는데 연락해야 하는 건가요?

즉 만약 12345-1 이면 면허증에는 12345만 적혀 있어요.. 어떻게 해야하는 거죠?
