친절한 강동학원의 도움으로 혼자서 엔클렉스 서류 접수한 수험생입니다.

서류 접수 8개월이 지났는데 어제 갑자기 Form 2F Certification of Foreign Nursing Education과 대학교의 official transcript를 추가 요구하는 이메일을 받았습니다.

이런 경우는 들어 보지 못했는데 어떻게 처리해야 할까요?

참고로 New York State Nursing Application에서 보내 온 본문 아래에 첨부합니다. 그리고 F2양식도 파일 첨부하여 드립니다.

Dear Ms. Lee:

Your application for licensure in Registered Professional Nursing has been forwarded to the Bureau of Comparative Education for a review of your education.  In order for our office to proceed with the review of your education we require the following information:

• Form 2F (attached)- Certification of Foreign Nursing Education and official transcript from your school of nursing in the original language as well as an acceptable English translation if it is not already in English. This should include the basis for admission, whether there was any advanced standing or transfer of credit, length of the nursing program, and dates of attendance. This should also include a complete list of courses and grades. Please request the school send the Form 2F and official transcript directly to this office in an official sealed school envelope;

* CGFNS noted that they did not receive any documents from your nursing program.
